"Dad."
Patrick hugged Theodore tightly and said, "Don't make dad angry in the future."
Theodore was quiet, then turned his head to look at Vera, drooling from his little mouth.
At noon, Vera was sleeping while Patrick was coaxing their son. Later, the couple both slept, leaving Theodore to play alone between them.
He would snuggle up to Patrick for a while, then turn over and nibble on Vera's face, leaving her covered in drool, and then continue nibbling along his own drool.
He played alone, but with great fun.
When he was about to cry out of boredom, Patrick held Theodore, letting him lie on his chest, and Theodore found a new place to play.
In the quiet afternoon at the coffee shop.

Cindy had chosen a great spot, not in a busy area, not in the suburbs, but on a quiet road. Outside the window were tall sycamore trees, shading two main roads.

There were just the right number of customers, and there was a half-drunk cup of coffee in front of Randall.

Susan hadn't taken a sip of her latte.
Around four o'clock, Randall's phone ran out of battery. He stood up, stretched, and moved his neck, "Susan, let's go for a hike outside and spend the weekend together." Susan, holding their books, carrying a small bag, and holding her coffee, quickly finished her latte in one gulp.
Randall looked at the corner of Susan's mouth, then at the empty bottom of her cup, "Are you not sleeping tonight?"

Randall glanced at his cup, then finished his coffee too. "Let's go, neither of us will sleep tonight."
After getting in the car, Randall charged his phone and drove around the city with Susan.
Susan missed Theodore, so Randall took her to Cherry Villa.
When they arrived, Shawn hadn't left yet.
The maid at Cherry Villa opened the door, "Mr. Olteran, Ms. Morales, you're here." "Where's Teddy?"
The maid pointed to the backyard, "Mrs. Olteran said the weather is nice and the water temperature is suitable today, so Mr. Olteran is teaching Mr. Theodore Olteran to swim."
Susan, excited at the thought of chubby Theodore turning into a slippery Theodore, ran directly to the backyard pool.

Randall followed leisurely.
When they arrived, they saw Vera sitting under a sunshade, taking photos of the father and son with her phone.
Kanaali waikea up and looked at the agorapie Theodore in the pool. He squatted by the poolside, clapping his hands to attract Theodore's attention, "Why is there a little meatball in the pool?"
Patrick also smiled at Theodore, splashing water on him bit by bit, letting him paddle slowly.
"Moo, dad."

"Mom is here, play with your dad." Vera responded.
Susan heard Theodore's call, "Vera, why does Teddy sound like he's mooing like a Cow?"
"No, my son can't talk yet. He's calling for mom."
Susan responded with a puzzled "oh."
Randall said, "Teddy isn't calling for mom, he's mooing like a cow."
Then he looked at Vera, "A cow is still a cow."
Vera put down her phone and pointed at Randall, "I think you need a beating again." Later, because Vera was chasing Randall, Theodore forgot he was learning to swim. Soaking in the warm pool water, he curiously looked around, "Moo, mama."
Patrick took a nearby towel, wrapped Theodore in it, and also put on a bathrobe, stepping out of the pool. "It's time for dinner."
Randall got hit twice, and Vera grabbed him, "How dare you come to my house to face my husband today?"
Randall said, "Susan missed Teddy."
Vera glanced at Randall, and on the way back to dinner, she made it clear, "No one is
allowed to talk about work at the dinner table."
Patrick glanced at Vera but didn't refute her.
They didn't talk about work, only about family matters, and it was harmonious.
In the evening, Randall took Shawn back to the Olteran Manor.
Before leaving, Shawn, who was eager for more grandchildren, said, "Vera, Patrick, your house is so big, right? One Teddy is too lonely. Give Teddy a little sister."

Shawn was silent.
"Grandpa, why do you like granddaughters so much?"
"I like great-granddaughters even more." Shawn said with a double meaning, looking
at the back of Randall's head as he drove.
Randall pretended not to hear.
Shawn continued, "If my great-granddaughter has a personality like Susan's, my life would be complete."
Randall blurted out, "Susan, call Shawn great-grandpa in the future."
"You little brat, say that again!" Shawn scolded Randall unceremoniously.
He knew what Randall meant.
At Cherry Villa, Vera was video chatting with Molly, "Where are you playing? Haven't gone home yet?"
Molly was leaning on the hotel bed, wearing a face mask, "Don't mention it. Going out with a man, it's either mountains or water. Finally, when we didn't have to climb mountains or swim, Sebastian took me to a field training camp to exercise." Patrick came out holding a freshly bathed Theodore and heard Molly's words. He said to Vera, "You need to go to a field training camp to exercise too."
Vera dismissed it, "I'm better than Molly at least. I can throw a few punches." Molly, feeling underestimated by Vera, immediately said to Patrick, "Patrick, you should bring Vera here."
Vera, feeling underestimated by Patrick, angrily left the bedroom, "You sleep with your son, I'm going out."
So, she randomly found a bedroom and continued chatting with Molly.
"Is this the hydrating mask I recommended to you last time?"
"Yes. You have no idea, I was so ungraceful today. The sun made my face red. Sebastian
was fighting with me, the burden, but he couldn't bear to leave me behind." As she spoke, Sebastian came out of the bathroom.
